I was born, raised and educated in Saudi Arabia and am now resident in California. I was awarded my bachelor degree in Civil Engineering by the King Saud University and graduated fifth in my class with a high GPA score of 4.21 out of 5. My goals are to join the TE master’s program, excel within it and then to pursue a Ph.D. in the subject to enable me to become a specialist consultant and teacher in TE.

Having reached a point in my career where I feel I will quickly exhaust every path of opportunity and challenge at my current scholastic level, I am eager to embark upon the next chapter of my Petroleum Engineering education. My experiences have convinced me that I am exactly where I need to be in terms of disciplines, and indeed have changed my initial interest in drilling engineering due to my FracTech field engineer experiences. I have since refined my research interests t

Now that I have 2 years work experience as a senior researcher, I feel that it is the right time for me to undertake graduate studies. I hope to earn the PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of XXXX because I feel that I am the best fit with your program. I relate to and admire very much the research interests and pioneering endeavors of your faculty in Electrical Engineering and I am excited to find that my area of focus is well represented among the divers

A dual citizen of Canada and my native Brazil, I have long enjoyed living and studying in the USA as well, for long periods of time. Earning my MBA at XXXX University (2014-2016) has helped me to more fully appreciate the strength and relevance of my favorite proverb, suggesting that it is better to teach a man to fish than to give him a fish. Earning the MBA gave me the opportunity to continue to build on the Executive Certificate that I earned in Technology Innovation and P

My dream has always been to design and build, the bigger the better, civil construction projects for our community. This is why I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. After graduating, I spent 8 years working for XXXX, one of the largest heavy civil/infrastructure companies in the world. My current position is in the field of construction management, working for one of the largest water districts in the USA, XXXX Water District of Southern California. I hope to

I am a diligent ambitious man who is profoundly dedicated to my work. I see the business world as the primary motor of human progress, social advancement, and especially economic development. I feel strongly that I have the right levels of experience and motivation to excel in your program, and later to build up my own international and socially responsible company with the tools that I will acquire at UXX. Born and raised in Iran, I look forward to contributing to the intern

I am a young woman who was born and raised in Morocco, and I have developed a deep and abiding appreciation for architecture, especially Muslim and Arab, for many years, which is why I pursued and completed my undergraduate studies in this field. I was also awarded a scholarship from UNESCO to study one semester at the University of Montreal. Next, after gaining valuable professional experience in Morocco working in my field, I moved to Bahrain and worked there as a project m

What began as an outlet for my nurturing, compassionate nature and reaction to my disappointment with pure research, nursing and the assorted challenges that nurse anesthesia would and indeed did bring has proven what I feel I have always known. My heart, acumen and sensibilities are exactly where they have always been, with physics, mathematics, and statistics.

The gorgeous light as well as the beautiful melody deeply fascinated me. The electronic building block seemed to have a magic power to me when I was a small child. I remember spending hours pouring over the little blueprints that came with my toy and then constructing different circuits.

am an Iranian woman who was born and raised in Iran. I anticipate the award of the M.Eng. (Chemical Engineering) from the University of XXXX (UK), July 2011. My professional aspirations require, however, that I also hold the MS Degree in Engineering. What happens when you cross a mechanical engineer and a material engineer? Well, you get me! With parents such as mine, who both love science and their work in engineering, it was, I suppose, not surprising that I loved scient

I was raised in an impoverished home in the Philippines where education is highly valued but the funding for it is often lacking. I found a route out of my situation through a talent and passion for Mathematics that was recognized throughout my schooldays. The talent and passion was supplemented by the adoption of a thoroughly focused, committed and determined approach to my work throughout my academic career. My work was rewarded with school honors, a university scholarship,

Masters Nuclear Energy, Europe, EU, Polish I am enormously excited about the prospect of beginning your program to complete a Master Degree in Nuclear Energy. I see nuclear energy as the central key to cutting our dependence on fossil fuels and cleaning up our environment. I am from Poland and I am especially concerned about the egregious levels of pollution in our country and very optimistic about our future once we more fully join in the quest for clean, nuclear energy

I am a young Latino man from El Salvador who wants very much to earn a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. I am especially interested in doing research in the areas of manufacturing processes, especially nanomanufacturing, design, supply chain development and management, and computer engineering.

I wish to enroll in the mechanical engineering program at XXU, because it will provide the most excellent, inclusive and diverse program for me to achieve the highest level of competence as well as training in logic and creative thinking. It is inclusive because it includes the top professors in the field and the latest cutting edge advances in engineering. It is diverse, because the program encompasses so broad a variety of the aspects of this field.

I am a Thai National, born and raised in Bangkok, and I have been extremely fortunate in being able to pursue my studies in the United States. This has given me a valuable insight into the depth and quality of education in this country and convinced me to apply for my doctorate program at Columbia. I have been immersed in the field of electrical engineering from a very early age and I seemed destined to follow this path as a career.

I was once asked “Who is your engineering hero?” and answered perfectly honestly that it is my father. My father ran an auto repair shed in South Vietnam; he repaired and serviced three wheel taxis and automobiles. People relied on my father to enable them to make a living and feed their children and he did all that he could to ‘keep them moving’. At the end of the Vietnam War, obtaining the most basic of materials or spare parts was either difficult or simply impossible.

Furthering myself through the intensive XXX Program at XXX University is more than simply a rational progression for my education, as at my current level of education I will quickly exhaust every possible avenue of promotion and challenge. Through the XXX program, I will increase my competency in a number of key areas and develop my leadership, supervisory skills and construction management abilities, placing them logically upon the backdrop of my practical experiences in the

Having reached a point in my professional career where I feel I will quickly exhaust every path of promotion and challenge at my current academic level, I am eager to begin a more precise refinement of my existing abilities and education. Specifically, I am interested in a career in which I can bring my passion for computers, mathematics, and complex problem solving to the business world and its unique set of challenges. A graduate degree in operations research engineering is

To date, I have maintained over a decade of conceptual continuity in my academic and professional careers, a consistent and unswerving path to Acoustics in Engineering. Indeed, further confirmation that I am exactly where I need to be has been reinforced through my yearlong relationship with Dr. XXX of the University of XXX, in Australia, an academician of some prominence and fellow musician - in the area of Acoustics. Through his observations and encouragement, a passion for
