I am a practical young man who views economic development as the key driver of societal and human advancement, with private enterprise as the means for human progress. Therefore, it is only natural for me to aim for a role as CFO or CTO. I am intrigued by the various methods companies use to raise capital for special projects and am eager to gain a comprehensive understanding of business administration and organizational theory. I see acceptance into your program as the perfect stepping stone towards achieving a leadership position in the business sector.
My background in computer science has particularly equipped me for a career in finance. My four years of education in computing have provided me with a solid foundation in mathematics and technology. An M.B.A. in Finance would enhance and strengthen my logical and analytical skills, propelling me towards a successful career. UXXX is particularly appealing to me due to the program's focus on “case studies, experiential learning techniques, and field programs.” I am convinced that this approach is the most effective way to foster creativity in the business world.
The future is promising in finance for a highly motivated IT professional with extensive experience in C#.NET and C/C++ programming and analysis. I am a team player, a good listener, and an effective communicator, always concentrating on the task at hand to maximize efficiency and profits. I strongly believe in building strong working relationships and have become skilled at collaborating with clients, staff, and management in my current role. I have a proven track record in application design, testing, and documentation. Over the years, I have developed what my colleagues often praise as exceptional knowledge in network administration.
I am particularly interested in corporate finance, financial markets, and financial instruments, as well as the numerous ways technology can be leveraged in finance. In 10 years, I envision myself working at an investment bank as a Chief Technology Officer. Ideally, I would like a role that utilizes both my computer science background and my advanced education in business.
I possess a strong professional and academic background, having worked as a computer programmer for the same company over the past three years. My deep curiosity about all areas of finance has led me to extensive independent reading, especially on options trading. I often find myself reading late into the night. I have also traveled to Germany and France and have a special interest in European Finance.
I would be deeply honored to be awarded a teaching assistantship, a responsibility I feel well-prepared to handle given my maturity, high motivation, and dedication to both work and studies. Considering your program is online, I believe there could be specific advantages to having an IT professional as a teaching assistant, and I would fully commit to your program both as a student and a teaching assistant if you find my skills beneficial. I look forward to further communication and appreciate your thoughtful consideration of my application.
