I am a young woman from Mumbai, India, and I am writing on behalf of my application to study at your M.Sc. Program at the ____ School of Economics. I hold a bachelor's degree in mass media communication from the University of ____ with a particular focus on Advertising. I want to study in your program, specifically, because I am convinced that the M.Sc. program in Communications and Media at the ____ School is the best match for my interests and extremely elevated level of motivation. I want to build a career in Media Studies, Advertising, and Direct marketing and learn the most current, state-of-the-art techniques for client servicing, especially in our new digital age and increasingly global economy. My long-term goal includes someday starting my advertising agency in India. I want to finish my master's degree and spend several years working in advertising and direct marketing to gain additional experience and learn from others, increasing my competence as I mature professionally.

I have several strengths to offer as a candidate, especially my preparedness for research concerning the Indian marketplace relating to media design and organization, especially since I speak, read, and write English, Marathi, Gujarati, and Hindi, all fluently. I have also made a lot of progress in both written and spoken German. While still only 23, I have had several precious professional experiences that have helped me mature and refine my communication and business skills. I joined the ____ Company (India) on 1st Jan 2007, and I am currently working with them as a Senior Marketing Executive, handling international exports of dyes and chemicals.

I also spent from;1st November 2006 to 31st March 2007 working with a volunteer organization called ____ India, which labors on behalf of underprivileged children. I hope that, through the power of media and communication, we can all work together to help the millions of poor children in India have a better life.
I believe that the most vital aspect of my application is my heart, my profound desire and determination to make a difference in the lives of the least fortunate among us. I want to thank you for your consideration of my application to your program.
